Over the past couple of months, the GIC team has been hard at work developing our existing services, as well as new ones, to ensure that our clients are continuously given the tools needed for clearer insights and rapid growth. We are pleased to announce the roll-out of our feature packed 5.0 update. This update includes the introduction of a new virtual server, a robust support system, monthly reporting and much more!

Below is a full list of the changes coming with the 5.0 update:

  • Real-time backups with 30 days retention: Spend less time worrying about data loss and more time understanding and growing your business. With our real-time back up system, changes to your site are backed up instantly and held for 30 days to ensure the integrity of your data. For additional redundancy the backups are stored using Google Cloud Suite with Hash encryption, guaranteeing your data remains safe.
  • Speed & reliability: In order to ensure faster performance and excellent up-times we recently made investments in acquiring powerful virtual servers. These servers ensure that every website hosted with us is constantly running at optimal capacity.
  • Bolstered security: The security of our client’s information is a top priority for us. As a result we have invested heavily in a dedicated firewall and malware scanning system. Sites are checked hourly for malware bugs, DDOS attacks, firewall intrusions and so on.
  • Support: We are pleased to introduce the help@gicofficial.com ticketing system. Get both general and technical support at the click of a button. We are fully committed to providing the best customer service and our ticketing system is a great way to submit requests.
  • Monthly reporting: Get a detailed breakdown of the work we’re doing to keep your website online. The report will include details of software updates, database optimizations, website uptime and Google Analytics of site visitors.
  • Pricing & packages: Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of industries. Through these experiences, we have been able to learn and grow. To support this growth, we have adjusted our price packages to offer our clients with the best service at a competitive rate.
  • A new face: Out with the old and in with the new, as we reshape our services and increase our efforts to serve you better. We have also refocused our mission to our customers, this is best reflected in our new name. GIC Digital Solutions.
